• The subscription fee is $10.04 per month, payable in USD.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to abide by Stripe’s policies in addition to these Terms.

2.2. Billing Cycle • Your subscription will be billed at the start of each month. The billing cycle begins on the day you subscribe and recurs on the same day each month.

3. No Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, there will be no refunds for any reason, including partial months of service, regardless of whether you use the Service.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Website.

• Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all subscription benefits immediately.

• There are no partial refunds or credits for unused periods after cancellation.

5. Promotion Terms

5.1. Promotional Code • APC is offering a promotion where the first 285 subscribers who use the promotional code will receive the first six months of the subscription for free.

• The promotional code can only be used 285 times. Once this limit is reached, the promotion will no longer be available.

5.2. No Additional Conditions • There are no additional conditions or requirements to qualify for this promotion. However, this promotion is subject to these Terms and is only available to new subscribers.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

• You agree not to share your account or access with others. Violating this may result in the termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to articles, graphics, and logos, is the property of APC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent from APC.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

• APC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

• We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
